The 2012 Camping season is finally here. We can't wait to see you. Join us for the season opening weekend with free coffee & donuts. Stay 2 nights and get the third night free.

Come celebrate St. Patty's Day with us. Lots of fun for the whole family. Stay 2 nights and get the third night free.
MARCH 23 - 24BINGO WEEKEND
Bingo Play for $$$ and Prizes. Kids candy game, Wagon rides, and Karaoke. Stay 2 nights and get the third night free.
MARCH 30 - 31CAMPER'S APPRECIATION WEEKEND
We want to show our thanks with a free camper dinner on Saturday. We will provide the burgers and dogs and side dishes are always welcome. We will Have free Misty Mountain Frisbees at check-in 1 per reservation.
APRIL 6 - 7EASTER WEEKEND
Take a Wagon ride with the Easter Bunny. Let's go on the bunny trail to find some Easter eggs. There will be Easter crafts and games and Face Painting.
APRIL 13 - 14SPRING FESTIVAL
We have a fun weekend planned for you! Come play the Candy Game, join us for glow stick wagon ride, Bonfire and some great local music.
APRIL 20 - 21CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT
Join us for a fun spring weekend with Wagon rides, Corn Hole Trophy Tournament and Chili Cook off With Prizes!

Join us for a relaxing weekend for mom. There will be a Mother's Day dance with free flowers for mom and free coffee & donuts on Mother's day.
MAY 18 - 19CHICKEN ROAST WEEKEND
10th Annual Chicken Roast. Join us for some of the best Chicken in Virginia. Bring a side dish or desert to share with your fellow campers. We have Wagon ride after Dinner.
MAY 25 - 27MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Come join us Live Music, Ice cream social, Wagon ride, Horeshoe Trophy Tournament, Candy Game, Face Painting and Karaoke . There's fun for the whole family. $ ALL-U-CAN-EAT Breakfast on Monday from 8-10:30. 3 night minimum.
JUNE 1 - 2MISTY MOUNTAIN JEEP WEEKEND
Come join us for a weekend of trail rides, food, and bonfire. Free Misty Mountain Offroad shirt. Limit 1 per Reservation.

A fun filled weekend with Bonfire & Smores ,Wagon rides, and Karaoke with free Appetizers.

Everything is' fishy' this weekend. Enter our 4th annual Fishing Tournament on Saturday. Prizes awarded for the 1st fish caught, largest fish and smallest fish. Ice cream social and Wagon ride.

JUNE 29 – 30LUAU WEEKEND
ALOHA! Bring your beach towels, sunglasses, swimsuit, and sunscreen to hula your day away at Misty Mountain. Limbo, hula hoop and pineapple eating contests, arts.
JULY 6 - 7INDEPENDENCE DAY
Join our staff to celebrate America's Birthday. Decorate your site/cabin in red, white, and blue to win free camping. Ice cream social and Patriotic Wagon ride. Holiday Horse Shoe Tournament along with Karaoke and Dance. $ ALL-U-CAN-EAT Breakfast on Sunday from 8-10:30.
JULY 13 - 14CHILI COOK-OFF
Join us for our 8th Annual Chili Cook-off. Prizes and bragging rights for the best chili. Wagon ride and DJ Dance.
JULY 20 - 21HOG ROAST
7th Annual Hog Roast. Pot luck dinner. Come and eat some great Hog and bring a side dish or desert to share with your fellow campers. Ice cream social and Wagon ride.
JULY 27 - 28BLUEGRASS WEEKEND
Live Bluegrass. Bring your instrument and share some tunes. Ice cream social and Hayride.
AUGUST 3 - 4MISTY MOUNTAIN FEAR FACTOR
Just how brave are you? Join us for fun filled Fear Factor weekend with cash prizes. Family Games in Sports Field.
AUGUST 5 - 6KARAOKE PARTY
Practice your singing. Prizes for the best singer and best performance. Ice cream social and Hayride.
AUGUST 17 – 18WET & WILD WEEKEND
If you like to stay "dry" then this weekend is not for you!!! Just like always, get ready for a "Soaking good time!" Don't forget your wristband for the campground wide water fight! , Wet wagon ride are just a few of the fun activities.
AUGUST 24 - 25SUMMER FESTIVAL

SEPTEMBER 7 - 8TALENT SHOW
If you have a Hollywood talent to showcase, this is your weekend. Kids talent show and Adult talent show. Whether it's dancing, singing or whatever great talent you have. 1st Prize $50, 2nd Prize $25. Sign up by Saturday 4pm, auditions at 7pm. Do you have what it takes to be the next big star? Step on stage and test out your talent. Every star needs a cheering section, so bring your family and friends to root for you.

SEPTEMBER 28- 29MISTY MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL 2012
The 2nd annual Misty Mountain Music Festival 2012 will bring together friends and families from all around Albemarle, County to witness the gifts of many talented local musicians. The location of this original music event is Misty Mountain Camp Resort. Beautifully wooded grounds carved by Stockton Creek, nestled in the shadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

OCTOBER 5 - 6FALL FOLIAGE WEEKEND
Beans and Cornbread Dinner cooked over an open fire 4-8 pm on Saturday. Come out and enjoy the beautiful scenery of The Blue Ridge and all the changing colors of the fall. We are having a Wagon ride, Karaoke, Bonfire and Smores.

3 Weeks of spell bounding activities for the whole family. There will be Trick or Treating, Costume Contests, Pumpkin Carving, Bobbing for Apples, Visits to the Magic Pumpkin Patch, Best Decorated Sites, Face Painting, Halloween Crafts, Movies, Scary Story Time, Wagon Rides, Munster Mash Karaoke & Dance.
