- There is a
deposit of your first night rent for all reservations.(includes Virginia state
taxes).
- Pets are allowed
in selective cabins.
- While we will do our
best to accommodate your request, your
reservation is not guaranteed until you
receive a reservation confirmation back from
us. If you do not receive a confirmation
from us by phone or email within 3 days,
please call us to verify your confirmation.
- CANCELLATION
POLICY - If you cancel your reservation
more than 7 days before the date reserved,
we will refund all of your deposit less a $5
processing fee. If you cancel your
reservation 7 days or less before the date
reserved, we do not offer a deposit refund.
